Pikilipita Advance

Video mix software for Nintendo Game Boy Advance

Pikilipita Advance is a software for live videos artists (VJs). It's ready for an immediate use: all the interactive video content is setup into the software. Following the same structure as old schools games, the software is structured around levels. Each level is a kind of "mini game" where the user can interact in various ways to produce animated visuals.

2007-07-18 - PocketNES WIP
Dwedit's PocketNES WIP

This version is very buggy, since many changes were made.

I think I already released this version, but now the Boot Glitches which made it almost unreleasable are now fixed! (yep, I had already released this version 7 months ago... but now there are a couple new fixes)

  • Palette updater fixed, no longer writes out of bounds
  • Duck Tales Fix (supports changing 8x8 sprite origin between left and right pattern table per scanline)
  • 'dirty tiles' system for CHR-RAM games
  • Different code for updating the sprites
  • These two together fix sprite glitches in Battletoads, Wizards and Warriors 3, and more.
  • Also a buggy and broken dirty tile system for CHR-ROM games
  • New per-scanline scrolling code fixes Slalom, horribly breaks Rad Racer
  • sprite visibility per-scanline buffer updated in sync with rest of buffers
  • Fixed a little bug which caused harmless extraneous memory writes
  • Yes it's really buggy. Has a new 'new frame' system which fails in lots of games.

2007-07-02 - Dwedit's TI83 Emulator 0.01
Dwedit's TI83 Emulator 0.01

Dwedit has released the extremely early build to gather feedback.

Yes, this is extremely early. Does not support sending programs to emulator, or savestates. Only emulates a TI83.

  • Has a Link Feature.
  • Append the TI83 ROM, then append a single .83g file.
  • Press L+R in fullscreen mode to send the attached 83g file. (uses silent linking, calc must be on and at homescreen)

I'm in the process of porting my TI83 emulator for GBA to the DS.
