NDS/Rubber Bands

This game is a collection of mini-games all based on a simple particle physics system that the author came up with. The game simulates moving particles in a world of static lines, that can also be connected by stiff rods, and rubber bands, which are the main focus of the game.

More Info
  • based on the author's own particle physics library, written specifically for this game, to learn DS programming.
  • currently everything is done with normal floating point math, so complex scenes definately have slow-down. If the author feels up to it, he might try converting the entire thing over to fixed point math, which should speed everything up quite a bit.
  • There are still some errors in the rubber band detection that cause particles to fall out the wrong side, etc. this is especially evident in the "Egg Drop" minigame. The author will try to work out these problems by release.
